Terms of Use for the danceit package
Service Provider
danceit package is a service provided by BLUE BUDGIE SP. Z O.O.
LITE plan scope
dedicated consultant responsible for email contact with the organizer
email contact providing support from the moment the tournament is added to the application until the last day before the tournament begins
participant registration, fee calculation, printing, data export
no ability to upload music and graphics for performances
no access to scrutineer, moderator, stage manager, head judge, display, café panels
no ability to store results after the tournament ends
STANDARD plan scope
access to all danceit functions
scrutineer, moderator, stage manager, head judge, display, café panels
ability to upload music and graphics for performances
dedicated consultant responsible for email contact with the organizer
email support before, during and up to a week after the tournament ends
integration with league and licensing systems
storing results after the tournament ends
PREMIUM plan scope
everything from the STANDARD plan
email and telephone support before, during and up to a week after the tournament ends
ability to register up to 2 contact numbers for support (only requests from these numbers are handled)
priority technical support
What no plan includes
tournament configuration, data entry
checking the correctness of entered data (e.g. compliance with organization regulations)
help in solving hardware or technical problems not directly related to the danceit application operation (problems with browser, operating system, printer)
preparation of diploma templates, modifying display profile settings, visual customization of the application
changing the application source code, adding new dedicated functions
direct contact with dance schools, judges, instructors, dancers (if questions arise from them, the first line of contact is always the organizer, who can ask questions to their dedicated consultant)
Payment
changing the plan to a lower one (PREMIUM -> STANDARD -> LITE) after registration has started is not possible
payment must be received in BLUE BUDGIE SP. Z O.O. account no later than one week before the tournament begins
Leagues
organization representatives are responsible for calculating league points
leagues should be assigned to categories no later than the day before the tournament begins
league points calculation should occur no later than 5 days after the tournament ends
after this deadline, the tournament is archived and league points calculation is not possible
additional services related to changes in league systems or restoring tournaments from archive are subject to additional charges
Limitation of liability
BLUE BUDGIE SP. Z O.O. within the danceit package provides support service for danceit application subscribers, which includes assistance with account access, solving problems related to platform usage and other matters related to user service
BLUE BUDGIE SP. Z O.O. makes every effort to ensure that the danceit platform operates smoothly and is available for at least 95% of the time per month. In case of possible access interruptions, delays, errors or other technical problems, the company does not provide refunds or compensation.
